The SphereUs Foundation is committed to serving families and their communities caring for terminally ill, disabled children
The SphereUs Foundation’s mission is supporting vulnerable populations. In particular, childen with disabilities who are also fighting terminal illnesses. But the vulnerabilities are not confined to the children. Families and other caregivers of disabled, terminally ill children are fraught with immense vulnerabilities of their own. In particular, needy families with limited resources endure a hardship that is immesurable to most. This is our targeted assistance.
Nearly every community in the world has one or more individuals in this heartbreaking situation. The SphereUs Foundation seeks to align local donations with local needs in the form of paid services. Our emphasis is using golf as one of our proxies for fundraising. Services a delivered locally. You can also help us support local families by participating in our Golf Your Age challenge for charity. Challenge yourself to play at least as many golf holes as you are years old within a 72-consecutive-hour (3-consecutive-day) window each year. If you are able to golf, you are in a position that our grantees are not. The approach has numerous benefits: community engagment and positvie economic impact; some relief for those most in need of it; freeing up of time so more time is spent with their children; a more pleasant environent and surrounding which lowers the anxiety of the chidren; a healthy approach to your life while doing something of service to those more in need; ?
This year marks the third year of the Golf Your Age challenge. The process is slow and the revenues are modest but we are growing. Thank you to those who have supported our mission. 2025 will be a positive year for supporting needy families caring for their vulnerable children.

Accept the Golf Your Age challenge to support needy families in your community
How can I participate?
There are two ways you can participate. You can attempt to golf your age or you can donate resources. Golfing your age is an annual fundraising challenge. You play golf in support of those who cannot. Donating resources include all of the other ways you can support needy families in your community. Where will my donations be applied? Who will recieve my support?
Donations are targeted to your local community. We do our best to match zip codes of grantees to the origination of funds. We are extremely respectful of privacy and locations are only known via zip code. Qualified service providers and families will receive grants based on a random lottery via monthly drawings. Grantee applicants within the geography of funds are eligible for local services. We only list the zip codes of winners and their chosen providers.
Do I have to try and golf my age to help?
No. There are many ways you can support your community through the SphereUs Foundation. Golf Your Age is one way. Donating resources is another.
Where can I golf my age. Are there certain courses dedicated to the program?
Because we are starting with a self-reporting process, you can golf your age at any golf course. A few recommendations and pro tips: 1. you can golf your age at the same course or you can play at two different venues. The most important point is playing at least as many golf holes as you are years old and to do so within the three-consecutive-day window. In other words, Golf Your Age participants have 72 consecutive hours to complete their challenge. Every year Golf Your Age participants will add one more hole to their goal.
Can I target my donation to a specific grantee?
You cannot target donations to named grantees or service providers at this time. However, you may name specific zip code(s) where you want your donations to be utilized. Families and providers within the named zip code(s) (or nearest adjacent zip code(s) of grantee applicants. Furthermore, you cannot direct funds to non-participating businesses or non-applying families at this time. Only participating businesses and families can receive donations. You can also donate directly to the SphereUs Foundation general fund. Donors can be named or anonymous.
Can I make my donations anonymous?
Yes you may make an anonymous donation. We adhere to all privacy laws.
